Rachmaninoff Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini accompaniment, orchestral.

Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini, opus 43 written in 1943, is among his most popular compositions. The 24 variations are naturally divided into 3 segments of fast-slow-fast tempo. The expressive variation 18 has an instantly recognizable melody which is an inversion of the Paganini theme. The orchestral accompaniment used here has been created by Stephen Ware using the East West Quantum Leap Symphony orchestra. The on screen piano score is designed to show the relation of the piano part and the orchestral part, and are not proper piano scores. The Cadenza’s are not provided. The soloist is expected to learn the part using his/her own score.
