Mahler Wunderhorn (2) accompaniment, orchestral.

The song cycle Des Knaben Wunderhorn ('The Youth's Magic Horn) is among Mahler’s most beloved work originally composed for voice and orchestra. The songs are based on German folk poems. Here in group (2) we offer the orchestral accompaniment of the following three songs: 1. "Des Antonius von Padua Fischpredigt" – St. Anthony of Padua's Sermon to the Fish (July/August 1893) 2. "Rheinlegendchen" – Little Rhine Legend (August 1893) 3. "Wo die schönen Trompeten blasen" – Where the Fair Trumpets Sound (July 1898) Mahler did not specify whether the songs are for the male or female voice and they can be performed by a broad range of singers, from baritone to soprano. Later Mahler composed piano accompaniments available in several keys. We note that the tuning option of Smartsoloist gives the singer the possibility to change the key signature of the orchestral accompaniment to suit his or her range. (see FAQ.) The orchestral accompaniment presented here was created by Uli Schauerte (https://www.uli-schauerte.de/
